RNM Capital FME IFSC LLP is a Fund Management Entity registered with the International Financial Services Centres Authority (“IFSCA”) to undertake fund management activities from the International Financial Services Centre (IFSC), GIFT City, Gujarat.
The FME was incorporated on 31st July 2024, pursuant to an LLP Agreement dated 17th August 2024, by RNM Capital Advisors LLP and P&Y Capital LLP for carrying on the business of a Fund Management Entity and was granted registration by IFSCA as a Fund Management Entity vide Registration No. IFSCA/FME/II/2024-25/149 dated 22nd January 2025.
The FME is responsible for the management and administration of RNM Capital Trust, ensuring that the Scheme is managed in accordance with the applicable laws, regulatory requirements and the Scheme’s investment objectives.
There has been no material regulatory or enforcement actions taken against RNM Capital FME IFSC LLP or its key managerial personnel in relation to the FME’s operations in IFSC during the preceding three years.
